What is D.I.A.E.?

Imagine students actively engaged with a piece of music really heard, the shapes and colors in a painting really seen, the dynamic range of a dance really experienced, the stories of a culture really felt, and you will see a Delaware Institute for the Arts in Education partnership in action.

A DIAE partnership consists of specially trained teachers collaborating with professional artists to make works of art come alive in very personal ways.  Students stretch their imaginations, explore their creativity, and make connections between the artwork and their world.

For over 23 years , DIAE has provided specialized training for more than 2,400 teachers and provided programming to more than 65,000 students.
